LOOKING FOR HR MANAGER

Looking for Human Resource Manager HR Manager for various Hotels and Resorts in across Kerala. Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates those who has good knowledge in ESIC, PF, ESI Registration, PF registration etc are preferred. HR Managers are required for Kochi, Ernakulam, Poovar, Kovalam, Alleppey, Kottayam, Munnar, Cherai, Thekkady. Premium Resorts and Luxuty resorts and hotels are also in need of Human Resource executive for immediate appointment. As Human Resources Executive, Manager you will work under the supervision of the Group Hotel HR Manager or General Manager and be responsible for supporting the entire Human Resource team on their day to day operations. He/she executes the hotel’s Human Resource strategy by planning Company and hotel training programs and the recruiting of Management and non-management staffs for various departments in the hotel. Also Coordinating and executing the administrative support to the Human Resources team in accordance with the Hotel’s standard and procedures and to ensure that manpower needs are met in a timely manner, from placing ads to interviewing and hiring. Generally the team members in HR Department shall have the knowledge of Govt statutory compliance such as PF and ESIC registration and its filing. Recruitment shall be one of the most important area to be management by the HR Team. Luxury resorts, 5 Star, 4 Star, 3 Star hotels and resorts are looking for HR Managers for immediate appointment.
